I started doing auctions in the early 80's after completing a three year study at the Indiana State University. Today, I conduct auctions for the private sector, as well as business.

My real estate experience started in 1978. I hold a realtors license in Indiana and Ohio and I do a lot of business in both states. I sell business property and personal property including farm, farm equipment and other agricultural assets.

A portion of my real estate business combines auction services with the real estate. If you want true market value for your property, then an auction is viable alternative.
