I planned to shoot the Video in September
TWO days total
One day will be the two coffee house scenes and we need to allocate 4 hours.
The other day will be the in house scenes and we need to allocate 3 hours.
To get everyone coordinated we will probably shoot Saturday or Sunday. This is
more than likely when all can converge. We probably will not shoot Labor Day
weekend because people are busy. So that would mean the 2nd, 3rd or 4th
weekend in September (two days total)
I originally planned the coffee house scene in Springfield but that is another
hour's drive. I have not asked the Springfield coffee house yet. I do have two
options in Dayton and one in Troy and one in Piqua.
Troy and Piqua are about the same distance as Dayton from Indianapolis. So I
am going to try to get closer. (meaning Dayton, Troy, or Piqua). I will
probably use my house for the house scenes because I will be able to have the
sets ready well ahead of time. I live in Piqua. This is not hard fast rules
because there are Dayton Houses we could use also. Even a studio.
However, I could be far more efficient in mine when it comes to setting up
lights and props.
So essentially it is two weekend days (they could be consecutive if you want
them to be) 4 hours one and 3 hours the other and they will be no farther than
Dayton. They will be in September.
The coffee house one has to get approval from them and I don't know if
they would open for us on Sunday, or early or what but I will know when I ask.
I would probably rather the 3 hours of house shots be evening because I can
control the light better but I can deal with it .
