EPISODE#4  Opens with Son of Mad Blaster entering with poison gas bomb.  Quantum girl pulls out a gas mask from her book bag and takes the canister outside.  Ashley ask her why she has a gas mask in her book bag.  Coffee house scene continues She comments "This is the twenty-first century and this is the industrial Midwest.  The air just isn't that good.  Quantum Girl and friend Ashley go home.  Ashley is bound and gagged by Son of the Mad Blaster and his sidekick "Santa's Little Helper"

Living Room scene.

In living room Quantum Girl encounters the Son of Mad Blaster and overpowers him.  But do not unmask so he can be used in another serial.  "Santa's Little Helper" escapes.

On TV in living room could be a segment of some old 20's or 30's cliffhanger.

SCENE OPENS IN COFFEE HOUSE

{FADE IN FROM  DOORWAY}

SON OF MAD BLASTER AND "Santa's Little Helper" ENTER LAUGHING HYSTERICALLY.  LAUGH IS MUFFLED BECAUSE THEY ARE WEARING GAS MASK.

"Santa's Little Helper"  IS CARRYING THE BOMB.  HE PLACES IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR.

{CLOSE UP SHOT ON THE GAS BOMB}

 HE TURNS THE HANDLE AND LIGHTS THE FUSE.

{AUDIO A FIZZZZ SOUND IS HEARD}

SON OF THE MAD BLASTER TRIES YELL THROUGH THE GAS MASK, "I hate poetry, I hate poetry, ha...ha...ha..."

"Santa's Little Helper" TRIES TO YELL THROUGH THE GAS MASK,  "I hate stuff too,  I hate stuff too...ha....ha... ha...."

BOTH "Santa's Little Helper"  AND SON OF THE MAD BLASTER TURN AND EXIT

{CUT TO WIDE ANGLE SHOT ON EXTRAS}

EXTRAS BEGIN GASPING FOR BREATH

{CUT TO MEDIUM SHOT OF ASHLEY AND QUANTUM GIRL}

QUANTUM GIRL AND ASHLEY BEGIN GASPING FOR BREATH

{FADE TO BLACK}

{STILL MEDIUM SHOT OF QUANTUM GIRL AND ASHLEY}

{PAN TO FOLLOW QUANTUM GIRL}

QUANTUM GIRL PULLS A GAS MASK OUT OF HER BOOK BAG AND WALKS OVER TO THE GAS BOMB AND CARRIES IT OUTSIDE.

QUANTUM GIRL TAKES HER GAS MASK OFF AND WALKS BACK OVER TO ASHLEY

ASHLEY ASK "Why did you have a gas mask in your book bag?"

QUANTUM GIRLS SAYS, "This is the twenty-first century and the industrial Midwest.  The air just isn't that good."

QUANTUM GIRL SAYS,  "Let's go to my house and see if we can figure out what The Son of Mad Blaster is going to do next.  But I have to stop at the store on the way"

ASHLEY SAYS, "OK, I will go ahead and meet you there.  I will let myself in with my key."

QUANTUM GIRL SAYS, "I will be about thirty minutes."

{SCENE CUTS TO LIVING ROOM}

SON OF MAD BLASTER AND "Santa's Little Helper" IS SETTING IN THE LIVING ROOM WATCHING TV.  THEY ARE WATCHING AN OLD CLIFFHANGER SERIAL.

ASHLEY IS BOUND AND GAGGED SITTING AGAINST THE WALL

ASHLEY SEES QUANTUM GIRL COME TO THE DOOR AND SILENTLY STOP. 

{CLOSE UP ON ASHLEY'S EYES}

ASHLEY MOTIONS WITH HER EYES THAT SON OF MAD BLASTER AND "Santa's Little Helper" IS ON THE COUCH.

QUANTUM GIRL ENTERS LIVING ROOM DOORWAY

SHE SEES THE SON OF MAD BLASTER AND "Santa's Little Helper" SETTING WITH THEIR BACK TO HER AS THEY ARE WATCHING TV.

{CLOSE UP OF QUANTUM GIRL}

QUANTUM GIRL RUN OVER AND ATTACKS SON OF MAD BLASTER AND "Santa's Little Helper"

"Santa's Little Helper" ESCAPES AND RUNS OUT.  QUANTUM GIRL CONTINUES HER ATTACK THE SON OF MAD BLASTER AND SUBDUES HIM.

QUANTUM GIRL  WRAPS THE SON OF MAD BLASTER IN DUCT TAPE THAT SHE GETS OUT OF HER BOOK BAG.

{MEDIUM SHOT - MAD BLASTER TIED UP}

{CUT TO QUANTUM GIRL AND ASHLEY}

QUANTUM GIRL UNTIES ASHLEY

ASHLEY SAYS,  "What are you doing with Duct tape in your book bag?"

QUANTUM GIRL SAYS, "Duct tape is the major tool of the twenty-first century.  I thought everyone carried Duct tape."

{FADE - OUT}
