website provides current news stories in an easy-to-read style. Each story has quizzes
over vocabulary, sequencing, and content. Quite an impressive site!
- Funbrain.com - Catagorized by age level, this
website offers all types of math and grammar educational activities. Some examples are
Math Baseball, Translator Alligator, and Stay Afloat.
- MindsEye Monster Project - Join
this fun online project. Students draw a picture of a monster. They must them
write a description of the monster so that their online partner can draw the same exact
monster from the description. Later, online, they will compare the original monster
to the one drawn from the written description. Fun!

Includes Grammar Rock, America Rock, Science, Rock, and Math Rock (for the older
elementary students)
