Grandma's Old House
This song invoked memories of my grandparents old farmhouse. Written sometime in 1998. Come Back Home I was in a very sad mood when I put this together, somewhere in 1996, but I revisited it in the fall of 1998, completed, and loved it. Dated November 7th, 1998. Toy Piano A really short piano piece. Dated January, 1999. Rooftops Well, synths and a lot of effects. Not all that great on second thought. Dated June 10th, 1998. London Streets This piece was written February 29th, 1996. It reminds me of a London Street at Christmas time. Quirk January 11, 1997. A quirky piece! A lot going on here. New Day January 1st, 1997. A new year, or at least a new day. Toy Soldiers March This one is a fantasy march Dated April 12th, 1997. Toy Soldiers March II Same as above, but more mellow, not so "toy like". Dated April 11th 1997. You're the Only One A good mellow jazz style song. Dated June 18th, 1995. Piece for Violin & Piano This song was written as a duet of Bjork-like clones to attempt live to an audience of Icelandic Fishermen. Dated February 3rd, 1997. Sunfall A little of everything, even the Hammond Organ. Dated March 7th, 1995. Fairytale Walk Like a Walk through an enchanted forest... well, almost. Dated August 12th, 1997. Inspirations This song is mainly piano and flute with a light feeling. I don't really remember writting it, and don't really like it all that much. Dated May 8th, 1998.
