Judging the spacing of the windows here to be about 3.25 m gives an overall length in the range of 180 m and an overall height of about 40 m.

Comparing the two T'Pau-type ships to the Enterprise-D puts their beam around 170m and their length about 230m (which may need correction as the aft extention behind the annular engine.) This larger size implies greater deck spacing or decks without windows on the model, and also justifies an increase in the size of the Surak-class ship.
