Real Name: Marvel Earth's Dr. Spectrum has been the identity adopted by those weilding the Power Prism.
The Prism is a former Skrull named Krimonn.
Other Aliases: Marvel Earth's Dr. Spectrum has been the identity adopted by those weilding the Power Prism.
They Include Dr. Kinji Obatu, Iron Man (Tony Stark), the Reverend Billy Roberts, Janet Van Dyne (the Wasp), and Thor via Mjolnir.
Strength:Dr Spectrum has the strength of his human host.
Powers:The Prism with a Dr Spectrum host can project solid light constructs, a feat neither has been seen to do seperately.
Weakness: Ultraviolet light disrupts the power of the prism
Equipment Depending on the willpower of the person involved, he either weilds the Power Prism as a weapon or is used by the intelligence in the crystal as a mobile host body

History

The Skrull Krimonn was captured in a plot to gain the Emperorship. As a punishment he was transformed into a crystalline form such that his thought processes could continue but he would have no way to act them out. This crystal was placed in a rocket to wander through the universe forever. The rocket was found by the Grandmaster (Krimonn refers to him as the Gamesmaster, perhaps that is the Skrull rendition of his concept), who disintegrated it and sent the prism on a course for Earth.

On Earth, in Africa it was found by Dr Kenji Obatu, rutheless Prime Minister of an oil-rich country. Contact caused a linking of their two minds. According to them, "The Gamesmaster decreed great power come from our symbiosis!" The Grandmaster then had them design the Dr Spectrum costume and join the Squadron Sinister in his contest against the Avengers.

Note: One wonders if it is possible to fill in gaps in the history of either Power Prism with knowledge from the other. The Squadron Earth Power Prism was also owned by the Skrulls.
