Melissa Smith, a 2010 graduate of Napoleon High School, is the 2010 winner of the Key Driving School Safe Driver Scholarship.Melissa is the daughter Mr. & Mrs. Smith of Holgate, Ohio.. This is a $400 scholarship. Former Key Driving School students who graduate from high school in 2011will be eligible for a $400 scholarship. A check will be written to the college or university upon proof of admission. Eligible students must not have any traffic citations. A drawing of those meeting the requirements determines the winner of the scholarship. A student must have submitted two forms:
The ABSTRACT DRIVING RECORD must be mailed by the BMV to Key Driving School. This report must show the applicant free of any citations. The SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION needs to show the student has sent in the Request for Abstract of Driving Record to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, has the necessary credits to graduate, and has passed all proficiency tests. This form must be signed by the student, the parent/guardian, and the high school guidance counselor. We would also need your insurance information in order to inform them of your driving achievement. Deadline for submission will June 1, 2011
