     Kowboy Ken's Beef Jerky orginated in the kitchen of the Suchland home. Kenton Suchland, along with wife, Tura, and daughter, Diana, and a big fuzzy dog named Bear all helped out in perfecting the jerky. Tura would make up batch after batch of jerky with different ingredients just trying to perfect the product before it was marketed. There were times that it wouldn't come out very good and that's where Bear stepped in. He didn't mind if it wasn't perfect, it was still a nice treat for him. Ken would take it on his bus route when he was driving the school bus and let the kids have samples. They would give him their opinion, and Ken would go from there. Pretty soon it was to the point that the neighbors were knocking on the door wanting to know if they could buy any of it. That's when Ken got the idea to market it.      After alot of red tape to get things going, Kowboy Ken's Beef Jerky was finally in business. It is now processed at Green's Meats in Celina, Ohio. USDA inspected and packaged ready to be eaten. Kowboy Ken's Beef Jerky is made from whole pieces of Beef Rounds and made with quality ingredients. There are no preseratives in it.
     We offer three different size packages in either a MILD FLAVOR or a PEPPERED FLAVOR. We have available a one ounce package in a 28 count display box. The cost for the 24 count display box is $30.00 USD We also carry a four ounce package which may be purchased seperatly for $5.00 USD each. Along with the other two size packages we also offer a one pound loose pack that is $17.00 USD. All orders will have actual shipping charges added to them.
