Since we started playin' with the internet, we've found that the 3 X 5 card file is not only inadequate, but also very limiting. A favorite site is the Texas Beef Council, but these are all good places. If you know of a useful site not listed here, please email me so it can be added, and so we can eat more good stuff!

Texas' Best Beef Recipes and Cooking Tips is from the Texas Beef Council. Boy do they know how to cook a cow! This is my personal favorite recipe site. It also has a lot of beef tips and information in general. v12-27-99
Mangia! An Italian Cookbook is one of my favorite recipe sites as well. If you like Italian, you gotta check this one out! v12-27-99
Betty Crocker has lots of recipes, and a place where you type in what you have on hand, and get suggestions for what to make with it. You can print out a shopping list from the recipes you like too... Betty sure makes it easy. v12-27-99
Foodgeeks.com has a whole lot of recipes sorted various ways, and a lot of other food stuff as well. You can search by ingredient, type of food, course, etc.v12-27-99

Taste Of The Southwest Recipes - Hot Mexican Food has tons of Southwestern foods. (It loads slowly, but has a lot of stuff.) v12-27-99
