Hocking Hills Cozy Cabin Rental Policies

Rates are based on 2 persons, tax not included.
Additional persons $20 per night.
Summer rates apply to all holidays.
2-night stays are required at all times.
Holidays are a 3-night minimum stay.
Not responsible for injuries or accidents.
Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
No smoking policy.
No pets policy.
No extra guests or visitors please. This ensures all guests privacy and seclusion.
Cancellation policy, one night's deposit non-refundable.
Check-in 3:00 pm or later go on up to cabin key is on table.
Check-out 11:00 am
We try to be energy efficient and environmentally safe, in keeping with this philosophy, the gas log fireplaces are turned off from May 15 - Sept. 15.
