Enhance your pigging program with N-SPEC   TM Pipeline and Gylcol Unit Cleaning Fluids.

Using By-Pass holes in the trailing pig produces turbulence which increases the efficiency of N- SPEC; suspending and removing sediments such as "Black Powder", Paraffin, Compressor Oil, Bacteria Debris, and salt and Mineral scales, thus greatly improving Pipeline Efficiency.
 
 
 

N-SPEC 105 is a highly concentrated liquid blend of Biodegradable surfactants and dispersants, while N-SPEC 120 is a Biodegradable cosolvent microemulsion, wetting agent and dispersing surfactant.  Both chemicals are declared effective for in-field gas and liquid lines, LNG transmission Lines, Natural Gas transmission lines, inlet scrubber and filter separators, or in plant gas and liquid vessels.

N-SPEC products are biodegradable, non-corrosive, and nonflammable.  The products in concentrated or dilute form exhibit corrosion inhibiting properties.

Clean pipeline surfaces allow for better contact and protection by corrosion inhibitors being applied.  Any residual N-SPEC remaining following application will assist in cleaning on subsequent pig runs.

N-Spec penetrates and loosens oil wet deposits from the pipe wall  so that your Smart Pig Data is more accurate.
 
 
 
 

Project Results

CFT was recently contracted to clean a 36" X 65 Mile long natural gas pipeline.  Over 47,000# of iron sulfides and other solids were removed from this Midwest line in just four runs!

One  customer has been able to turn off a 10,000 HP compressor in their system after  cleaning their line with N-SPEC products.

Another customer sent his technician to borrow a different Dew Point Tester after  CFT used their N-SPEC 40 to clean his Glycol unit because he didn't believe the low reading they obtained with his tester was possible.  The new tester confirmed the initial readings.  They have asked CFT to come back and clean all of their Glycol Units!
