POP-IT-TOOL Flange Spreader & Prying Tool

Say Good- Bye,... to flying wedges and pry bars! The POP-IT-TOOL is one of the safest and most versatile tools on the market.  Manually actuated, it requires no external power source. It's aviation ball screw mechanism provides precision prying and locks in position; it will not reverse under load without intentionally reversing the ratchet handle.  The Tool requires only .070" clearance to insert the teeth, produces 10,000 pounds of spreading, prying, , or lifting force, yet it weighs only 10 pounds.

For spreading smaller flanges, and where there is flexibility in the piping, one tool is normally sufficient.  For larger flanges or inflexible piping configurations, two or more tools may be required.  Another great feature is that once you spread the flange with the POP-IT-TOOL , you can easily insert a gasket or blanking flange between the TOOL's teeth without additional blocking.

While the TOOL opens to 5 1/4 inches, the close ratio provides for very precise prying or alignment motion, and other than flange spreading, the POP-IT-TOOL has thousands of uses.
