Health Guarantee:

Radar Kennel offers a thirty (30) month guarantee on hips and eyes.  The OFA and CERF rules are the determining factors of your puppy's hip and eye condition.  We guarantee that your puppy's hips will have an OFA rating of fair or better when the dog is tested after 24 months.  We guarantee that your dog will be free of retinal dysplasia for the first 30 months.  This warranty only applies to congenital, hereditary defects.  Injury to the dog voids this warranty.  If your dog does not have a clear CERF and/or OFA rating of FAIR, GOOD, or EXCELLENT for the first 30 months, then we will replace it with a puppy of equal breeding.  The OFA and/or CERF documentation and all registration papers must be provided to obtain a replacement pup.

Dogs 30 months and under are covered by this guarantee provided the owner has complied with the following stipulations:

 1. The owner has provided Radar Kennel a copy of the X-rays.
 2. The dog is sterilized upon Radar Kennel approval and the owner submits proof in writing from a veterinarian.
 3. The dog has not been used for breeding prior to any of the above mentioned items (Cerf. or OFA).
 4. The dog has not been transferred and is still in the possession of the original owner.
 5. Any and all transportation expenses of said animal are the responsibility of the owner.

Failure to meet all of the above mentioned criteria will void this guarantee.

This guarantee is not transferable if your dog is sold in the first 30 months.

Pointing Guarantee:

Due to our selective breeding program, Radar Kennel pups are guaranteed to possess a natural point.  Due to training and field exposure differences, some pups may develop faster than others.  However, all pups have the genetic characteristics for a natural point.  If the dog has been given ample opportunity (bird exposure) to point game and has not shown any sign of pointing, then Radar Kennel will authorize return of the dog for a period of time (up to one month) to evaluate the dog for the ability to point.  If after working the dog during this evaluation phase, Radar Kennel concludes that the dog shows no sign of a natural point, then Radar Kennel will replace the dog with another pup of equal value.  It is also the owners’ option to keep the original dog at no charge.

Dogs 12 months and under are covered by this guarantee provided the owner has complied with the following stipulations:

 1. The dog must not have been mistreated or abused in any way.
 2. The dog must be registered in the original owners name and be in his/her possession.
 3. The dog must not have been used for breeding purposes.
 4. The dog must show signs of having been trained in basic obedience.
 5. Any and all transportation expenses of said animal are the responsibility of the owner.

Failure to meet all of the above mentioned criteria will void this guarantee.
This guarantee is not transferable if your dog is sold in the first 30 months.
