CORE RETURN POLICY

    1.   Returned core must be rebuildable.
     2.  No broken or missing parts, cracked cases, deeply
           grooved surfaces, etc.
     3.  Moveable items must not be frozen, locked or rusted solid.
     4.  No welded or bent shafts, ears, oblong holes, etc.
     5.  No cases with torch cuts.
     6.  Shafts, splines, key ways, must be good.
     7.  No disassembled cores accepted.
     8.  Returned core must be same part as rebuilt unit
           purchased.
     9.  Returned core should be returned in same box as rebuilt
           unit purchased.
    10.   Core returnability and value is dependent on its
           condition and determined by Rode's Restoration.
 
 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

    Rode's guarantees our work for one year of normal use with Ford type F or FA transmission fluid (or NAPA Fluid 75-205).  If the wrong fluid or Teflon tape is used, Rode's is not responsible for any leakage that might occur.  However, if it is a fault in the remanufacturing of the component then we will replace or repair the component at no charge.  Rode's does not accept installation, removal, or transportation costs.  The seller, Rode's, expressly disclaims all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Rode's does not guarantee the use of its remanufactured parts in racing.  Rode's neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of product.
