Refund Information

All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves Rode's Restoration.  If you are not satisfied, phone or write us.

If a part is lost or damaged in transit to you, please notify the carrier (UPS, Post Office,  Federal Express, etc.). Any package leaving Rode's Restoration is insured for full value.

Do not return the damaged part to us.  Please notify the delivery carrier and file a damage report and receive a claim number.  If a damaged part is returned without filing claim, the carrier will not be responsible and your loss will not be covered.

All sales at Rode's Restoration are considered final and returns for any reason must be authorized in advance by Roger Rode.  Unauthorized and COD returns will be refused.  The customer has 5 days to return the items not wanted, all returns must be made within ten days of receipt, NO returns  will be accepted after ten days, no exceptions at all!  All returns are subject to a  20% charge for restocking.  (The charge is not in effect if the customer chooses other merchandise of the same value).  All returned items must be freight prepaid.
