Sending In Your Parts?

Rode's does not accept credit cards.  All parts will be returned COD unless prepaid.  There is a core charge if no core is sent to Rode's to be rebuilt.  If you do not have a core, it may be more cost efficient for the customer to try to obtain one rather than paying the core charge.  Not just any core can be sent in.  Rode's has a core return policy.  If all the criteria is not met, Rode's may not give full core value.

When sending your parts to Rode's, please include a note with your name, address, phone number, a brief description of what is wrong with your part, and any other special requests.  This will prevent any delays in your parts being sent back to you.  Rode's also requests that all the fluid be drained from your parts, as the fluid will leak all over the box.  Styrofoam peanuts are the least favored packing material.  The peanuts will often get stuck in the parts, and they will often create a great deal of frustration.

If placing an order by e-mail, please give your telephone number in the message.  This will allow Rode's to confirm your order.  Also, as above, a note should be included with your parts to prevent any delays.

We look forward to helping you in your power steering needs.
