Anthony Hayes, age 47, of 3195 Jason Way, Sidney, passed away May 1, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. at his residence.
 

  He was born March 7, 1964, in Sidney, the son of Tom and Yvonne (McKinney) Payne.
 

  On December 8, 2000, he married Jennifer Spears, who resides in Sidney.
 

  He is survived by a daughter; Mariah Sinclair Hayes of Sidney, brother; Dr. Mike (Angela) Hayes of Cleveland, Tennessee, sister; Yvette (Steve) Noel of West Virginia.
 

  Mark was a member of the Only Believe Ministries of Botkins. He proudly served in the US Air Force and was a 1982 graduate of Sidney High School. He studied photography at Edison College.  Mark was employed as Plant Manager at Distribution Transportation Services in Fort Loramie.  He loved all sports, enjoyed weightlifting and especially loved his family and church.
 

  Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the Only Believe Ministries in Botkins with Pastor Peter Doseck and Pastor Doug Lasit officiating.  Burial will follow at Pearl Cemetery in Swanders.  Family and friends may call from 11:30 until time of service at 1 p.m. at the church.
 

  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Only Believe Ministries, 13815 Botkins Road, Botkins, Ohio 45306 or the support fund for his daughter, Mariah Hayes.
 

  All arrangements have been entrusted to Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.
