About Steve

I opened my business in 1989.  I am a certified professional full service taxidermist.  I've won several awards including the "Lee Birch Award" in 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, & 2003.  I take pride in my work and try to make your trophies look as life like as possible.  I always use the real animal parts including the real gills, fins, and throat on fish.  I will only use freeze-dried heads on turkeys.   I even do skin mounts on catfish.

My aim is to please all sportswomen and men by preserving their hunting trophies.   I especially like to mount those first trophies taken by young hunters.

I am on the board of the Ohio Association of Taxidermy, and a member of the Professional Taxidermist of Ohio, National Taxidermist Association, International Guild of Taxidermy, North American Hunting Club (life-member), Cloverdale Fish and Game Club, Kalida Fish and Game Club, Putnam-Allen Pheasants Forever Club, and the National Wild Turkey Association. I also support young hunters associations.

At the Ohio Northern Regional Association of Taxidermist in 2002 I received this 4 foot Trophy for the "Best All Around Taxidermist".
I also received the "Poly-Transper Award" and several ribbons. In 2003 I received the "Mc Kenzie Taxidermy Distinguished Service Award.", several ribbons and The Lee Birch Award for eight years.
