If you have been baptized, you are a member of the Christian
Church. As a baptized Christian, you are welcome to receive Holy
Communion in the Episcopal Church. If you have not been baptized and
are interested in learning about this sacrament, you are welcome to speak
with the priest to be instructed. Both infant baptism (to affirm
the primacy of God's action) and baptism of believers (to affirm the
necessity of Christian faith and commitment) are practiced in the Episcopal Church.
