Elbert (Bird) and Nancy Counts Ramsey
		Elbert , the son of Rainwater and Universal Franklin Ramsey was born about 1855 and died September 16, 1948. Nancy Counts was born January 29, 1856 and died June 18, 1917. Thank you to Ailene for this photo of her ggrandparents!
