National Christian College Athletic Association: (1994-2001) Special Assistant to the Executive Director.  I implemented the NCCAA web site, Student-Athlete of the Week Award and the Louisville Slugger Award.  Employed as a part-time employee in 1998-99 after 5 years of volunteer work. 1998 Wilhelmi-Haskell Stewardship Award winner.

 

NAIA Great Lakes Region Information Director: selected Players of the Week, National stat reports and region web site (2 years)

 

Director of Conference Expansion: Division I East Coast Conference...helped with the merger of ECC and Mid-Continent Conference.

 

Grand Lake Mariners: founded and was General Manager of this Summer Collegiate baseball team.  Six players from this organization are now or have been in the Major Leagues.
