Logic in its analytic deals with concepts, judgments and inferences.
- These correspond to the higher faculties of knowledge: understanding, (faculty of) judgment and reason.
Transcendental employment of reason belongs to Transcendental Dialectic.
- It is a logic of illusion.

Introduction: TRANSCENDENTAL JUDGMENT IN GENERAL (p. 177)

Judgment is the faculty of subsuming under rules.
- As opposed to understanding, the faculty of rules.
Judgment cannot be taught, there are no rules.
Transcendental logic, however, has rules.
- Can also specify when the rule is to be applied.
- Treats the use of the pure understanding.
