Principle of Contradiction
• Universal condition of all judgments in general.
• If the judgment is analytic, its truth can be known through contradiction.
• If it is synthetic, this principle has no authority or application.

Every object stands under the necessary conditions of the synthetic unity of the manifold of intuition in a possible experience.
• In synthetic judgments I advance beyond the given concept.
• A third something is necessary in which the synthesis of two concepts can be achieved.
• All representations are contained in inner sense and its a priori form - time.
  • The synthesis of representations rests on imagination.
  • Their synthetic unity rests on apperception (which is required for judgment).
• Inner sense, imagination and apperception create the possibility of synthetic judgments.
  • Since all three contain the sources of a priori representations, they must also account for the possibility of pure synthetic judgment.
• The Possibility of Experience is what gives objective reality to all our a priori modes of knowledge.
